Being part of a large-scale project to build a new system for student finance, I translated product and feature requirements into detailed functional specifications. Subsequently, these specifications were used by the software developers in the Scrum team.

Being part of the Agile/Scrum team Customer Journey Management, I analysed large quantities of customer contacts to get insight into customer behaviour and to pinpoint where communication could and should be improved. I used these analyses to design and test new interactions, with the aims to improve communication and reduce undesirable calls and emails.

Rank 'gezel dek' meeting all criteria, including an official seaman's book, STCW'95 Basic Safety Training, Medical examination and approved seagoing service. Tasks included managing the sails, instructing and looking after passengers, performing basic engine room maintenance, practicing safety regulations and assisting the captain in navigational tasks, as well as assisting the cook, preparing bedrooms, cleaning and working night shifts.
